Terms of service
These website terms describe proposed B2B services. The accepted written order form controls a project if it conflicts with this page.
Eligibility and contract
The supplier is NAMANOAMO LTD, company number 15442405. Services are offered to customers acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. No order is accepted through this website. A contract begins only after the deliverables, timetable, fee, tax treatment and start conditions are recorded and accepted in writing.
Conversion Sprint
The pilot covers five agreed public product pages: review, paste-ready copy, FAQs, search snippets, content hooks and a priority map. It excludes store access, publishing, legal review, product testing, advertising management and verification of facts not supplied or publicly visible.
Review Reply Desk
The founding-client pilot covers up to 40 draft replies per monthly service period, in the agreed supported languages, for genuine public reviews supplied or linked by the customer. Unless an order form expressly says otherwise, NAMANOAMO does not access or publish to the customer’s profile. Drafts requiring legal, safety, discrimination, refund, chargeback or crisis decisions may be withheld and flagged for customer review. Unused monthly volume does not roll over.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must have authority to use submitted material, provide accurate context, review every claim and reply before publication, protect reviewer privacy, and identify regulated or safety-critical information. The customer remains responsible for its final pages, public replies and compliance. The customer must not ask NAMANOAMO to create fake reviews, impersonate customers, suppress legitimate criticism or offer prohibited incentives.
Delivery, fees and revisions
Work begins only when the written start conditions are met. Applicable taxes and payment timing are stated before payment. Conversion Sprint revisions and Review Reply Desk response times are governed by the accepted order form. A monthly pilot may be ended before the next service period; amounts already due for an active period remain payable unless the order form states otherwise.
No performance guarantee
NAMANOAMO does not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, traffic, advertising performance, ratings, review volume or conversion-rate changes.
Confidentiality and rights
Each party will protect non-public business information. On full payment the customer may use the final commissioned copy for its business. NAMANOAMO retains its methods, templates and pre-existing material. No customer name, logo, review or result is publicised without written permission.
Liability and disputes
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Project-specific liability, governing law and jurisdiction will be stated in the order form after the customer location and cross-border position are confirmed. Concerns should first be raised promptly by email.
